1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• To confirm a reservation, A 1000 Rupees advance is to bepaid per head.

• Full payment shall be done on reaching Kashmir.

• Prices mentioned are per person unless stated otherwise.

• Any additional costs (e.g., personal expenses, extra activities) are to be borne by the traveler.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 20 days before the trip may be eligible for a refund.

• No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

• Refund policies vary based on the type of package and third-party service providers (hotels, transport, activities).

3. Travel & Safety

• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification and necessary travel documents.

• We are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or unforeseen circumstances during the trip.

• Weather conditions, roadblocks, or government regulations may lead to itinerary modifications.

4. Responsibility & Liability

• Skyway Tour Packages acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transport, activity organizers).

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, accidents, or delays caused by third-party vendors.
